This OrangeHRM project focuses on applying a structured QA approach to a real-world Human Resource Management web application. The testing process covers core user journeys and business functions to evaluate whether the application behaves as expected, handles invalid input correctly, and provides a consistent user experience.

The work combines functional, exploratory, regression, negative, and UI testing with clear defect documentation. Test scenarios and test cases are prepared before execution, while identified issues are recorded with reproducible steps, expected versus actual results, severity, and supporting evidence. Selected scenarios are also considered for automation to reduce repetitive checks and support faster regression validation.
